Yes, THE INN-PITTSBURGH is handicap-friendly and features a guest elevator for convenient access to guest room floors.

Please note that our Front Desk is located one level above the main entrance. If you need assistance upon arrival, please call 412-697-1400 during staff hours (9:00 AM–9:00 PM), and a team member will be happy to assist you.

Please also note that our rooms do not have walk-in showers; bathrooms are equipped with standard tub-and-shower combinations.

If you have specific accessibility needs, we encourage you to contact us before your stay.

How can I get the best rate available?

You can receive a special discounted rate of 10% to 30% depending on the length of your stay. Weekly bookings include additional savings, and monthly extended-stay rentals offer our lowest available rates.

For the best pricing, we recommend booking directly through our official website to secure your special rate. Direct bookings also give us more flexibility to assist with last-minute requests, room adjustments, or special accommodations.

What are the check-in and check-out times at THE INN ?

Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Early check-in may be available as early as 10:00 AM for a minimal fee of $25, subject to room availability. As a boutique, guest-focused property, we recommend calling ahead to request early arrival so our team can prepare your room whenever possible.

Are pets allowed at the property ?

We’re happy to host one small pet per room in any of our designated pet‑friendly rooms. There is a $15 per day pet fee.

To reserve a pet‑friendly room, simply give us a call or select our pet friendly designated rooms when making reservations and bring your furry companion along for a comfortable stay. Please note: we only allow maximum of two nights reservation per stay.

Is parking available at Inn Pittsburgh?

Yes, free parking is available for all guests at THE INN-PITTSBURGH.

We offer ample parking space that can accommodate vehicles of various sizes. On regular days when the hotel is less busy and weather conditions are good, we recommend using our outdoor parking lot located across the street.

For added convenience, an indoor parking garage is also available and serves as overflow parking when additional spaces are needed or during inclement weather.

Our goal is to make parking simple, flexible, and stress-free throughout your stay.

Is this a 24-Hr operation?

THE INN-PITTSBURGH is a limited-service property and is not staffed 24 hours a day. Our office hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

To make travel easier for our long-term stay, weekly stay, and extended-stay guests, we offer a seamless remote check-in option for late arrivals. Guests can arrange late check-in by calling us in advance or by ensuring a valid phone number is provided at the time of reservation. Once confirmed, we send secure remote check-in instructions along with your room and door access code.

This allows you to go directly to your room without stopping at the front desk, saving time and creating a smooth, hassle-free arrival experience. Our goal is to provide a convenient, contactless check-in process for weekly and long-term guests whenever possible, as long as we have accurate guest contact information.

What else should I know about the hotel policies?

We want to ensure all our guests have a safe and relaxing stay. For the comfort and safety of everyone, THE INN-PITTSBURGH maintains the following housing policies:

No smoking, drugs, or vaping is permitted anywhere in the building, including rooms and hallways.
We do not provide food service; however, the guest kitchen is available for guests who wish to cook.
Local guests are not permitted in guest rooms under any circumstances.
Cancellation policy: A partial charge equal to the first night’s stay applies for cancellations made within 1 day of arrival.
Absolutely no refunds are issued for early check-out, regardless of the reason.
Parking is not assigned. Guests are responsible for their own vehicle safety, property security, and personal belongings while on site.
